simple. robust and does the job. yes it can be hard not to spill but that has been true of every petrol can i have ever owned. I find it simpler to use a funnel and not the flexible spout as they always leak at the join

As others have mentioned, the spout cannot seal due to the fact it's cheap moulded plastic, as you pour, fuel drips every where no matter how tight it is, so not really fit for purpose. If I'd seen it in a shop I'd have not bought it.

Bottle is good quality but the spout that screws on can't seal no matter how tight it is screwed on. So it leaks petrol while pouring. It's because the spout is a hard thin cheap plastic.
