Good quality metal with quite a bit of weight to it. The slides go in fine without getting stuck easy and the hinges are smooth to open without being too loose or too stiff. Good set for the price.

I received these filters this morning and I immediately used them with my lighting in order to give some mood to my videos. I record videos for a living so I am always looking for new ideas and devices to enhance quality or add some originality.The kit is really solid. As a professional, my lenses, cameras, chargers, tripods... are all together in big boxes or in the boot of the car. So when I add something to my tools, I has to be sturdy with some tolerance for mishandling. For that, it tick the box. Just by the weight and feel, I don't think it's something that's going to break easily.The pack comes with 4 colours:- Green- Blue- Red- YellowPlus a barndoor and a honeycomb grid.If you are using it with any lighting system, make sure you have enough wattage. As with any coloured filter in the world, you always lose some light though it. Take the blue one for instance, it's blue because it blocks all colours of the spectrum except the blue. That's why the more filters you use, the more powerful your light must be.I also liked how the filters stick to the barndoor. There are 2 magnets that help them slide and stay in place naturally.
