This is the most feminine and romantic looking skirt. I purchased it to wear for Easter. It has an elastic band that is just wide enough to be flattering but not so wide that it’s uncomfortable. It’s very light and will be perfect for summer outings and can be dressed down with a tshirt for causal dates or dressed up with a blouse or sweater for a dressier look. The skirt has a light liner on the underside so it’s not transparent and is very comfortable to wear. It looks expensive and fun at the same time. I plan to buy another one in a different color.

It looks exactly like the picture. I ordered a small and it’s tight.No regrets except I need a medium which they don’t have.
