Me encantó su precio en el buen fin, salió el costo como si comprara una usada, y la verdad con las 2 semanas que llevo utilizandola a diario he visto una muy ligera mejoría a mis dolencias de espalda baja, vamos a ser más constantes para opinar sobre una mejoría más sintomática. En cuanto a construcción y facilidad de uso esta decente en todos los aspectos, es un producto muy bueno y si están en esta decisión por problemas de espalda, más que recomendable ya que no es tan grande que estorbe pero no tan pequeña que se sienta frágil. Solo el soporte de tobillos es algo incómodo si la utilizan por más de 15 minutos a más de 45 grados, puede ser molesto conforme pasan los minutos. Fuera de esto es recomendable

Ok, I've read a lot of the good and bad reviews. I'm writing this first impression 24 hours and about 5 usages of the table after I acquired/assembled it. I'll add longer term thoughts once that's appropriate.Assembly points...If you're a smallish person, make sure you have a partner to help assemble this. I'm 6'5" and even my wingspan made some of the elements of putting it together quite challenging. Although Innova provides all of the tools you'll potentially need, I strongly recommend having a socket wrench handy to make assembly MUCH easier. The instructions are reasonably clear though some of the pictures are pretty small, so take your time in determining which parts go where (the major parts aren't labeled but the hardware is on a nicely labeled card, which is easy to match to the instructions). The table part is preassembled but you'll have to unbolt the various parts to get the protective plastic completely off. Just remove them one at a time, pull the plastic out from underneath that part, and replace that bolt. It took about 90 minutes to completely install the unit and I found the machining to be right on the mark from start to finish; no major struggling to get things to fit together. As I mentioned, I am very tall, and I weigh about 265 pounds, and I find it quite sturdy and safe to use. This is my first time using an inversion table and the sensation takes a bit of getting used to, but it actually becomes quite relaxing if you give it a moment. The "massage" element is, of course, simply a vibration pad, which I suppose is exactly what one ought to expect for the price point, but it felt nice on my back and it warms up pretty quickly, too. All in all, my first impressions are quite positive and I'm curious to see how much this will help my back and neck. I'll update this in a few months when I have a little more time under my belt.Update, December 2022. I would still strongly recommend this unit. It's been steady as a rock with not the first hint of a problem. I find that using the least aggressive setting on the inversion and doing it for like 5 minutes makes a marked difference in the level of pain in my back. Make sure you take some time at setup to get the height adjustment right; it makes all the difference, especially when you're alone when you're using it. When it's properly balanced, it's pretty easy to pull yourself up out of the inverted position.

I'm a first time inversion table user, so I didn't go with an expensive one. I was very skeptical about the positive effects and upon ordering, figured I'd end up returning the product. NOT happening -WOW! Excellent value for your dollar. I use it approximately 3-4 times a day, for 5 - 10 minutes each time. Last night I was chatting with my daughter on the phone while hanging inverted. I placed a 3-D picture upside down on the floor to look at while using it.You need a 3 x 6 foot area, if you choose to not fold it between uses. It has very comfortable formed padding, has smooth operation, feels very secure and stable, and the heat and massage make a huge difference. I was wondering how it would feel with all the pressure being on your ankles when you're suspended. Not an issue at all. They state to wear footwear when using it. I did the first time and now hop on with whatever I have on my feet - just socks or even bare feet. I don't find a difference at all.Four things I will point out. 1- I'm short, so I do raise up on my toes to get the ankle supports on my ankles before I lock in. If not, it grabs my calves and then I slide into position once I'm inverted. I think it's easier on my ankles to not have the force of repositioning.2 - The 'massage' is actually vibrate, and if you have it on maximum intensity on the upper portion, I find it way too loud. I just use the lower back vibrate, and ensure that it is positioned correctly prior to inverting.3 - You can't find your fulcrum based on the height adjustment. In the instructions it states that will vary based on your weight distribution. I use the 5' 3" setting and am actually 4' 11" tall - I have wide shoulders so am top heavy. It's not an issue at all, I just had to try three different settings before I found what worked for me.4 - You need to know yourself for this to be worthwhile. My husband hated the feeling of being locked in and free hanging, even though he started on a slight incline. I was unsure about how I would handle it since I get vertigo. I use it as directed and don't have any issues. When I'm done hanging, I slowly go up to level for a bit, then very slowly return to an upright position. I felt a bit dizzy the first few times using it, but it passed within seconds. Now I just stay on for those extra seconds and pause to hold a position as I'm uprighting. Just be smart and you shouldn't have any issues.I have back, hip and knee issues and I feel great each time I get off the table. I haven't used voltaren or pain medication since using the table regularly. I listen to my body and use it after housework, or out shopping, or after a long walk, or sitting in a vehicle or after exercising. I now do side to side stretching, grasping the table leg to give my sides and back a nice stretch. This table provides me with relief that I never expected.

This product is fantastic - just what my son and I were looking for!My son built it on his own and took him about 30 minutes - it is very sturdy and looks great - you feel very secure as you are using it - I love the added massage and heat option and glad I spent more to have thisThe product arrived on time and the delivery guy was really helpful as the item is quite heavy as you would expect

Only thing disliked was it wasn’t Australian power outlet, had find and buy one to be able to use it
