ONLY comes with a QR code to a youtube video. So the only way to do it is by getting my phone, opening an app, taking a photo, going to the link, watching 2 ads, etc.The translated subtitles are hardcoded and rough at best. The video is an hour and 20 minutes, so expect a lot of ads. It also makes putting down the project hard unless you memorise the time stamp.The hook isn't the nicest that I've had in a similar crochet kit, either. It's poor value for not much under £20. Half that and I'd still expect a paper set of instructions. Ravelry exists and the yarn isn't THAT nice.

This is a review of the Juvanovo 2PCS Capybara Crochet Kit for Beginners. At the time of posting this review this product was priced at £21.99.I ordered this kit as I’ve always wanted to be able to crochet but didn’t know where to start. This kit contains everything I’ll need to finish my first crochet. I like that there are QR codes I can use to download a PDF file (although I don’t yet understand the crochet code used in it) and tutorial videos which do seem very helpful.This kit contains a crochet hook, sowing needles, stitch savers, and the plastic eyes for the completed capybaras. Also included are all the different coloured yarns, stuffing, an instruction booklet, and a card with the QR codes.Having watched the videos, I’ve attempted to do some freehand crocheting to practice before starting on the kit and the tutorial videos are very good.This is an excellent starter kit for beginners and I’m already more confident than I was that I can complete this kit. I’ll start with the hats first of all before trying the capybaras which look much bigger.
