Las lentes son geniales, se ve con una altísima calidad, nitidez y en general muy muy bien, pero el problema viene como le des un golpe lateral, literalmente se parte en dos piezas y es que esas dos piezas simplemente están unidas por un perfil de plástico de no más de 3mm x 20mm, muy muy frágil, se me ha roto varias veces lo he pegado con epoxi, otra vez con cianocrylato... siempre se rompe por el mismo lugar. Una pena que un producto con unas lentes tan buenas sea tan mal diseñado y ta frágil. No lo volveré a comprar.

Für die Scheibenbeobachtung am Schießstand hervorragend geeignet!. Mein langes Swarovski 80HD ist schwer einzupacken. Das Minox passt in jede Schießtasche und in jeden Rucksack, wenn man auf Naturbeobachtungen aus ist. Allerdings: aber das sollte eh klar sein: aufgrund der 16-30 fachen Vergrößerung nur auf einem Stativ sinnvoll nutzbar.

I debated long and hard about whether I wanted to spend $349 for this spotter, vs. $124 for a comparably sized Brunton Echo. Since I love German engineering, and because this scope offered an angled eyepiece (an important feature for me), I went with the Minox. My decison was validated the moment I removed it from the padded carrying case. The scope is hefty for its size. It has a wonderful solid feel to it and operation of the focus ring, power selector and extending rubber eyecup all convey a sense of quality and precision. The optics are bright, super clear, with excellent contrast -- what one would expect from lenses ground in Wetzlar. I see no distortion at any power and the scope can resolve small details at 100 yards with no difficulty. I was delighted to find that the scope also focused down to very close objects @ 10 feet distance. I mated it to a Slik Mini Pro V tripod and the two are an unbeatable combination. If you want a quality optical instrument in a convenient size, this is the scope for you. Bravo Minox!
