The music arrived promptly. However, despite a violin featuring heavily on the front cover, this music is mainly for the accompanying pianist as the violin score is printed in a much smaller font for cue purposes. There was no separate violin score included in the booklet. We will use this version, but will need to buy the violin score independently.

I purchased a copy of the praeludium and allegro by Fritz Kreisler in the style of Gaetano Pugnani and appreciate the quality of the music binding. The thickness of the cover protects the pages within from heavy use.The cover page is written in German. The violin part as well as the piano accompaniment is well spaced in terms of measures. The notes are legible. There are no fingerings written for the piano part leaving it to the performer to decide. There are only a few fingerings in the violin part and then only in the Allegro. I have found these fingerings (once I was used to them) very helpful and the LH motion looks uniform as it moves up the fingerboard in this one particular spot. There are no measure numbers written in which would be helpful if they were.All in all, I am very happy with my copy.

This version is one of my favorite editions. There's not a lot of fingerings for the violin solo parts, but they are a lot more than the other versions. The print was super clear and very easy to read.
