This was the first time a tried this style of pack, as opposed to the standard biking pack with a waist belt. It took a few rides to get used to it because it sits higher on your back. I was worried about feeling too much weight on my shoulders, but that isn't an issue because of how it hugs your upper torso and the fact that I pack it fairly light. After a couple rides I now completely forget about it when riding. Overall, its just light and comfortable. All the materials and stitching seem to be very high quality and worth its high price. It adjusts well and easily from both the top and bottom straps. To go between medium and large fittings, you switch which ring you thread the bottom straps though. A minor complaint: If you are using the lower rings (to make it smaller) you will still thread it through the upper ring, but the upper ring and some of the excess strap can bunch underneath and may create a pressure point on your side.I got the 8L size. I would not recommend stuffing it to capacity, no matter what size you get. The pack works the way it does by hugging your torso. If stuffed too full, especially with thick stuff (like a 29" mtb tube), the pack will bulge and not hug as well and tend to move around more. I switched to strapping my tube to the bike frame. The side-view pic is with the pack a little too stuffed. It comes with a high quality bladder and mouth piece, and it does come with a magnet to secure the tube when riding. However, the 3L bladder is actually slightly longer than the whole pack (see pic), so when putting it in its pocket it can bunch up - just make sure it isn't bunched up at the bottom. I actually use a different bladder that I like better. Another minor complaint: they really should use a bladder with a hard back to make it easier to insert and to prevent the bulging affect that rounded tube has on the pack. I don't think that's too much to ask for at this price point.Other minor gripes: Though there are a good amount of pockets, however there is no good pocket for your phone. You end up having to just place it in there with the rest of your gear. I think at this price point it should include a dedicated, waterproof phone pocket. There is also nothing for your keys. Most packs have a clip inside. This doesn't have a clip or even a loop for attaching a clip. I ended up finding the right size beaner to clip onto my key and the elastic webbing meant for holding tools. After switching the bladder I am very happy riding with it and would recommend it as long as you are packing light.

I wear this daily. I’m never not shocked by how much I can cram into it. The bladder is perfect. The bladder and straw are same as my waist pack, so that’s a huge bonus. I ride a EMTB and this is mandatory for me when I do not want to use my waist pack…my go to is the back pack 99% of the time. So easy to take on and off…also out on the trail it’s much more user friendly and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone for a need. Very nice pack

I've tried a few hydration packs over the years and have found this USWE Hydro 8L to be my favorite after a few months of usage now. I use it for MTB. At first it took a while for my body to get used to. I noticed the lower 2 straps it would feel a bit restrictive while heavy breathing. This occurred during the first 2-3 rides but then it stopped and now it just feels good. I use the pack with a 2L bladder, since I pretty much never need more than that at my local bike parks and it leaves more space for other items. My only complaint is that most of the range of adjustment is in the lower straps but the upper straps barely have any adjustment. I have them as loose as possible and it still feels a bit too tight for me (note im a 5'10 male about 150 pounds). I'd imagine this would make the pack very uncomfortable if you have large breasts. i wish i could run the bottom straps a bit tighter and the top straps a bit looser. I loosen up the bottom straps a bit to accommodate the upper straps feeling too tight. Despite the odd fitment, I have gotten used to it nowadays and it is comfortable for me, just feel like it could be better. Product deserves 4.5 stars as is and would totally give it 5 stars if the upper straps had more adjustment room.
