The book is fine, however, marketed very deceptively. This does not contain any new material from the movie. It is simply a re-released copy of the original version. If you’re looking for this to be true to the movie, it is not.

I was hoping this would include the new arrangements from the film. I was displeased. Bravo for including the updated One Short Day with the added Wise Women. But, I'm disappointed that Popular does not have Ariana Grande's extra La La's with the high notes. I wanted Jonathan Bailey's lower key of Dancing Through Life. But...they published the original Broadway arrangements and keys of every song except One Short Day. Sadness.

Most of songs it’s written exactly like the broadway version, popular has no changes made by Glinda at the outro of the song. The high notes on defying gravity it’s the same sung by indina.

It’s fun to play, but does not match the new movie like advertised. Defying Gravity follows Idina Menzel’s weird single rendition rather than the movie or even the broadway version.The biggest disappointment was No One Mourns the Wicked. Almost the entire song is missing.
